This Refund & Return Policy governs all payments, cancellations, and refund requests made through the website https://digitalbyte360.com, operated by Aculox Tech Solutions LLP, hereafter referred to as “DigitalByte360,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”
By engaging our services, promoted/sponsored offers or purchasing digital products from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Scope of Services
DigitalByte360 provides a range of professional and digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website & Web App Development
- SEO and Digital Marketing Services
- UI/UX and Creative Design
- Application Development & Branding
- Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning Services
- Digital Products, Memberships, and Promotional Offers
Refunds and cancellations for our expert IT and consulting services are governed separately under the project-specific quotation or contract issued to the client.
2. Payment Terms
Payments for all services are made either on a milestone basis, partial upfront, or as full payment prior to delivery, depending on project scope and mutual agreement.
For small or medium projects, payment is typically made in two installments — one at initiation and the other upon completion.
All official quotations and invoices are issued before or during project execution and serve as the basis for payment obligations.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, and solely at the discretion of Aculox Tech Solutions LLP.
Refunds may be processed if:
- A duplicate payment has been made by error.
- A service has not commenced, and both parties mutually agree in writing to cancel.
- A special written agreement exists permitting refund under a specific scenario.
Refunds are not applicable once a project has begun or partial work has been delivered, except where otherwise stated in the client’s project contract.
4. Cancellations
Project cancellations must be requested via official email to hello@digitalbyte360.com or discussed during a formal 1-on-1 meeting followed by written confirmation.
All cancellations are subject to review and approval by our internal project management team.
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any associated fees will be governed by the respective project contract.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The service has already been delivered or completed.
- Work delays or interruptions occur due to client inaction, missing approvals, or lack of required materials.
- The client changes their mind after project initiation.
- Any digital, downloadable, or licensed products (such as GPL tools, templates, or software) have been delivered or accessed.
6. Refund Process & Timelines
Refunds, when approved, will be initiated within 14–28 business days from the date of written approval.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise mentioned in the project contract.
Any gateway transaction or administrative fees incurred during payment will be deducted from the refunded amount.
7. Disputes & Final Decisions
If a client raises a dispute through a payment provider (e.g., PayPal or bank), DigitalByte360 will first attempt to resolve the issue internally.
Once reviewed, all refund decisions made by Aculox Tech Solutions LLP are final and binding. Any unresolved refund or payment disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
